Enabling VRRP

Secfense Broker can utilize Virtual Router Redundancy Protocol to create a single IP which will be used as a Virtual IP in fron of clustered devices allowing them to work in an active/standby setup.

VRRP is a standard which is documented under RFC5798.

In order to enable VRRP Secfense Broker must work as a cluster.

Start the VRRP wizard by running following script: bin/cluster_wizard

with one of three options:

• --init - Create new VRRP cluster
• --status - Check VRRP cluster status
• --reset - Remove VRRP cluster connection

Follow the instructions given by the wizard.
