Generating Support Pack

The Secfense support team might ask you to provide a support pack to streamline an investigation. Although you can create the support pack from the CLI, it is advised to use the GUI for this purpose.

The scripts used to create the support pack are designed to ensure that no sensitive information (such as keys, passwords, etc.) is included.

To generate a support pack:

1. Navigate to Settings and scroll down to the Support Pack section.
2. Click Generate Support Pack. Within a few seconds, the pack should be generated, and a new entry should appear in the list.
3. Click Download and provide the downloaded file to the Secfense support team.
