Krakow-based cybersecurity company Secfense has established a strategic partnership with Greeneris, a provider of ICT solutions. The main goal of this partnership is to enhance the security of enterprises in the local market by offering modern technologies that secure access to applications and data, including strong authentication methods that eliminate the need for passwords.
Greeneris is a partner and distributor for many well-known software and IT hardware manufacturers. They offer solutions in IT security, IT infrastructure, cloud computing, communication, and collaboration.
“For years, we have been offering our clients solutions that facilitate everyday work, including remote work, and increase its security. We focus on ensuring and securing communication and full mobility. We also support them in creating applications. All this is to help them run their businesses efficiently, saving time and resources. The solutions proposed by Secfense can further secure our clients’ data and systems, providing them with convenient and resistant access to corporate resources against cyberattacks,” says Rafał Staś, CEO of Greeneris Sp. z o.o.
Secfense was established in 2018, with the main goal of helping organizations transition to passwordless authentication. Secfense solutions enable the easy introduction of secure FIDO-based authentication methods without interfering with the application code and tedious programming work. Today, the company’s tools are used by public administration units, banks, and insurance companies, including BNP Paribas, Sandis, SALTUS, the Ministry of Development and Technology, and the Ministry of Infrastructure.
“Authentication using login and password is still the most popular method of confirming one’s identity in various services. On the other hand, it is also a very unreliable method. Access data of this type can be easily and frequently compromised, for example, through phishing attacks. This is why the world’s largest tech companies are increasingly moving away from such identity verification. They are implementing and promoting strong FIDO-based authentication mechanisms and passkeys technology, which allows for the complete elimination of the need for logins and passwords. However, enterprises still do not know how to implement such solutions in their services. And this process can be really quick and easy. Through our collaboration with Greeneris, we aim to reach a wide range of companies with this information,” says Beata Kwiatkowska, Business Development Officer at Secfense.
The Greeneris team has already completed all the necessary training and obtained certifications confirming their expertise in Secfense technology.
“The certification confirms our team’s commitment to learning and implementing the solutions in our offer. We propose technologies to our clients that we know very well. This allows us to tailor them to the real needs of the companies we work with. The partnership with Secfense enables us to offer clients comprehensive security solutions that are crucial in today’s business environment,” adds Rafał Staś, CEO of Greeneris.
